- Orders placed between Monday - Friday (Adelaide, Australia) will be shipped within 24-hours.
- Please be aware that orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.
- Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number which can be used to track your purchase.
- Orders can be tracked online via Australia Post’s website, as follows: www.auspost.com/track/
*Please note once your order has been placed and paid for, you can no longer amend or cancel your order.
*Please note that on a rare occurrence an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order prior to dispatching.
Ensuring timely delivery is important to us, and we endeavour to complete all orders within the courier delivery estimate. However, it is a rarity for orders to arrive outside of the specified timeframe.
During busy periods such as Christmas, New Years and Public Holidays; there may be delays.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
The courier has ATL - 'Authority To Leave' on the specified property, if no one is available to accept the order upon delivery. Once delivery has occurred, the customer becomes responsible for the parcel. TUYUADELAIDE will not be held accountable for lost, stolen packages, or deliveries lost in transit. It is the customer whom is responsible to track their order.
Customers are responsible for original shipping charges, and the cost of return shipping if necessary. Note, this also applies to any deliveries that are refused upon arrival.
At TUYUADELAIDE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are for any reason unhappy with the merchandise you received please contact our returns team: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation number (#RA).
- Full price garments are eligible to receive an exchange or online credit. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice - so please choose carefully.
- Sales garments are final. Thus, we do not offer exchange, online credit or refunds for sale items.
- Full price garments purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or online credit only. Sale garments are final.
*Please note for hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Return Terms & Conditions (T&C)
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept returns after this date.
- Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
- Returns will be authorised provided that items are in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
- Returns will not be accepted if items are in unsaleable condition - i.e. soiled with makeup, deodorant or tanning products etc.
- For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
- Online orders cannot be returned to our flagship store.
- If you receive an item believed to be faulty, please email us imagery of the fault, order number and contact details at: email@example.com. Please allow 14 business days for your item to be assessed.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If you choose a store credit, our team will email an online credit for 100% of your original purchase.
- Online credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Please note online credits are valid as a return option for full price purchases only.
- Credits are eligible for one use only.
